How to Book
The Booking Process:
1. Choose Your Property & Dates

- Select the property you'd like to stay in from the Details Page
- Scroll down to the calendar, select your dates, and click Book Now.
- Dates shown in black are available. Dates shown in grey are unavailable.
2. Enter Booking Details

- On the Booking Details screen, enter the number of adults, children, infants, and any pets.
- Click Next to continue.
3. Add Your Personal Information

- On the Your Details screen, enter your names, address, email, and telephone number.
- Click Next to continue.
4. Confirm Your Booking

- The Confirmation page will display everything you've entered along with the total cost of your stay.
- If you're happy, click Confirm Booking.
5. Availability Check & Deposit

- Once we receive your booking request, we'll confirm by email whether your chosen dates are available.
- If they are, our email will include a secure link (via Stripe) for you to pay the 25% deposit by debit/credit card.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete payment.
- We'll then email you again to confirm receipt of your deposit.
** Please note: Bookings can only be held for 24 hours without deposit payment once availability is confirmed. **
6. Paying the Balance

- 30 days before your holiday, you'll receive an email reminder to pay the remaining balance.
- This email will contain a secure Stripe payment link.
- Once paid, you'll receive an email confirming the balance has been settled.
7. Before You Arrive

- Three days before your holiday, we'll email your self check-in details with everything you need for a smooth arrival.
