The Booking Process:-
1. Choose the dates you would like to stay from the drop down Calendar using 'Book Now'. Dates that are greyed out are no longer available so please select the next available dates which are shown in black and click Book Now.
2. This opens a new screen 'Booking Details' to allow you to enter how many people, children, infants and/or pets you would like to stay, once you have completed this information click next.
3. This will take you through to a new screen 'Your Details', where you will need to enter your Name, Address, Email and Telephone No. etc, then click next.
4. This takes you to the final part 'Confirmation' which confirms everything you have entered and shows the total cost of your booking. If you are happy to proceed please click 'Confirm Booking'.
5. Once we receive your booking we will confirm by Email whether we have availability for your chosen dates.
6. If the dates are available our Email will contain a link to our Website for you to pay the 25% deposit securely via Debit/Credit Card through Stripe.*
7. Follow onscreen instructions and once you pay the deposit we will confirm receipt, again by Email.
8. Forty days before your holiday you will receive an Email reminder from us to pay the remainder of the balance. Again there will be a link within the Email to allow you to pay securely as before.
9. Once paid, you will then receive an Email thanking you for paying the balance.
10. The week before your holiday we will Email all the Self Check-in details you will need ready for your arrival.
*Please note: We can only hold your booking for 3 days, once we have confirmed availability of the dates requested, without the payment of 25% deposit being made.
