Plus, through another door in the bedroom is the En-suite Bathroom comprising of Shower, Toilet, Pedestal Wash Basin and Mirror. Towel Radiator.

Bedroom 2

Good size 2nd Bedroom. Two Single Beds. Built in Wardrobe. Wall Mirror with Shelf below.

Bathroom

There is a Separate Bathroom in the Hallway with Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin with Storage Cupboard below and Mirror above. Storage Shelves, Cupboard Housing Boiler and Towel Radiator.

Kitchen

Built-in 4 Ring Gas Hob, Built-in Gas Oven, Built in Microwave, 70/30 Fridge Freezer, Dulce Gusto Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Non Stick Saucepans, Frying Pan, Cutlery, Plates, Bowls, Cups and Glasses plus various Baking Trays and Dishes etc.

Outside

• Secure Decking to front and Gated Decking to the side of property, with Garden Furniture.  Three Steps take you on to the Decking Area from the Parking Space.
• One Car Parking Space and your own small gravel area to side of Caravan (not enclosed).  No vehicles are permitted to park on the grass anywhere on site. 

Dog Friendly

1 Medium Dog or 2 Small Dogs only allowed on request.  N.B. We cannot accept additional dogs in this Static Caravan.
