House & Site Rules

 

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 4:00pm onwards. If you expect to arrive after 8:00pm, please let us know in advance.

Check-out is by 10:00am.

Parking

One parking space is allocated beside Hiker's Den, Ambler's Hide and Wanderer's Haven. Two parking spaces are allocated beside Trekker's Rest, and one parking space is allocated behind Peaktop View. 

Please do not park on any grassed areas within either holiday park, including the grassed areas beside our caravans.

Additional parking may be available outside the site office at both holiday parks. We recommend speaking to the site warden on arrival before parking any additional vehicles.

Dogs Welcome

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

One medium dog or two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

Please ensure your dog's flea, tick and worming treatments are up to date before arrival.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravans.

Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

Please clean up after your dog before departure.

If you wish to bring more than the stated number of dogs, please contact us before booking. We will consider your request where possible. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept additional dogs at Ambler's Hide, Wanderer's Haven or Peaktop View.

Smoking & Vaping

We operate a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside the caravans.

Electric Vehicle Charging

There are no electric vehicle charging points at either holiday park.

Charging an electric vehicle from the caravan's electricity supply is strictly prohibited.

Damage

Please report any damage to us immediately. If you accidentally damage or break anything during your stay, please let us know so we can repair or replace it before our next guests arrive.

Rubbish & Waste

No rubbish or waste of any kind should be left outside the caravan.

Please dispose of all household waste in the designated bin area.

Maximum Occupancy

Hiker's Den, Ambler's Hide, Wanderer's Haven and Peaktop View each accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Trekker's Rest accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to leave.

 

Holiday Park Site Rules

As owners, we are required to make guests aware of the following Brigham Holiday Park and Grasmoor View Holiday Park site rules:

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00pm.
• Observe the one-way system and do not exceed the 10mph speed limit.
• Dogs are not permitted on the central grassed area of Brigham Holiday Park, even when on a lead.
• Contractors are not permitted to stay on either holiday park.
• Work vans are not permitted on site.
