House & Site Rules at Brigham Holiday Park & Grasmoor View Holiday Park

  • Check-In is no earlier than 4pm.
  • Check-Out no later than 10am.

There is only one Car Parking space allocated to the side of Hiker's Den, Ambler's Hide, Wanderer's Haven & Peaktop View & two Car Parking spaces by the side of Trekker's Rest.  No vehicles are permitted to park on any grassed areas around the Holiday Parks including the grassed area to the side of our Caravans.  Extra Car Parking spaces are available outside the Site Office on both sites but we recommend you contact the Site Warden on arrival before parking any additional vehicles there.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

  • One medium dog or two small dogs stay free of charge.
  • Please ensure flea, tick and worming treatments are up to date before arrival.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan.
  • Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds.
  • Please clean up after your dog before departure.

Never feel you cannot request to book if you have more than the stated number of dogs, please ask, we will consider your request & if we can help we will.  Unfortunately we cannot accept extra dogs at Ambler's Hide, Wanderer's Haven or Peaktop View at this present time but please do not feel you cannot ask.

No smoking in the Static Caravans. 

There are no Electric Vehicle Charging Points currently on site and the charging of any vehicle is not permitted from our Caravans Electricity Supply.

Any damage must be reported to us immediately.

Bagged Waste is not permitted outside the Caravan please dispose of all rubbish in Bin Area on the Site.

Please note:- Hiker's Den, Ambler's Hide, Wanderer's Haven & Peaktop View each sleep a maximum of 4 people & Trekker's Rest sleeps a maximum of 6 people, if this number is exceeded you will be asked to leave.

Other Brigham Holiday Park & Grasmoor View Holiday Park Site Rules we are obliged to make you aware of:-

Keep noise on site to a minimum after 11pm.

Observe the One Way System in operation & do not exceed the 10mph Speed Limit on site.

No dogs are permitted on the central grassed area of the Holiday Park at all, even on leads.

Please Note: No Contractors are permitted to stay on site.

No Work Vans allowed on site.
