The accommodation includes:

Bedroom 1: The exceptionally spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed together with a built-in wardrobe with drawers below, a vanity unit with stool, cupboards above and a window seat with additional drawers beneath, providing plenty of storage for your stay.  Two bedside cabinets with overhead reading lights complete this relaxing space.  

The master bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom comprising a shower, toilet and wash basin with storage cupboard below, mirrored cabinet above, an additional wall storage cupboard, shelving and a heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds together with a built-in wardrobe with drawers below and a wall mirror with shelving, providing ample storage.

Main Bathroom: A separate bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway and includes a shower, toilet and wash basin with storage cupboard below, mirror above, a large wall storage cupboard and a heated towel radiator.

Kitchen: The modern, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you'll need for a comfortable self-catering holiday, including a full-size dishwasher and 9kg washing machine together with:

• Five-ring gas hob
• Integrated 70/30 fridge freezer
• Integrated Full-size dishwasher
• Integrated 9kg washing machine
• Dolce Gusto coffee machine
• Kettle and toaster

Lounge: The spacious lounge has been designed with comfort in mind and features two comfortable two-seater sofas, a coffee table, ottoman and feature fireplace with electric fire, creating the perfect place to relax after exploring the Western Lake District or the beautiful Cumbrian coast.

Entertainment is provided by a 40-inch JVC Fire Smart Full HD television with Amazon Alexa, allowing you to sign in to your own streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video and Netflix.  A DVD player is also provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the caravan together with convenient USB charging sockets.

Dining Area: The dining area comfortably seats four guests, making it the perfect place to enjoy family meals or plan your next day's adventures.

Outside: Peaktop View benefits from secure gated composite decking together with bamboo screening to either side of the front decking area, complete with outdoor furniture - the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views towards the Western Lake District fells.

Three steps lead from the private parking space onto the decking.  One private parking space is provided at the rear of the caravan together with a small grassed area beside the caravan (not enclosed).  Vehicles must not be parked on the grass.

Optional Private Hot Tub Upgrade: Enhance your stay with exclusive use of the private hot tub for just £30 per night.

Positioned on the front decking to make the most of the panoramic Lakeland fell views, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Western Lake District and the beautiful Cumbrian coast.

If the Optional Private Hot Tub Upgrade is not selected during the booking process, the hot tub will be emptied and unavailable for use during your stay.

Dogs Welcome: 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs accepted on request only. We cannot accept additional dogs at Peaktop View.
