Hiker's Den
Hiker’s Den is a 2-bedroom self-catering holiday caravan with free WiFi, sleeping up to 4 guests.

The accommodation includes:
Bedroom 1: The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed together with built-in wardrobes offering drawers and shelving, providing plenty of storage for your stay. A wall mirror, two over-bed cupboards and two bedside cabinets with table lamps complete this relaxing space.
The master bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite comprising a toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds together with an extended built-in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and stool, drawers and shelving, providing ample storage. Over-bed cupboards offer additional storage.
Main Bathroom: A separate bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway and includes a shower, toilet and wash basin with mirrored cabinet above.
Kitchen: The modern, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you'll need for a comfortable self-catering holiday, including:
- Gas cooker with four-ring gas hob
- Integrated 70/30 fridge freezer
- Microwave
- Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- Kettle and toaster
- A comprehensive selection of stainless steel saucepans, frying pans, baking trays, oven dishes,
- crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils is also provided.
Lounge: The spacious lounge has been designed with comfort in mind and features a comfortable corner sofa, armchair, coffee table and feature wall-mounted electric fire with display surround.
Entertainment is provided by a 32-inch LG Full HD Smart Television with Freeview, allowing you to sign in to your own streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. A DVD player is also provided.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the caravan together with convenient USB charging sockets.
Dining Area: The dining area comfortably seats four guests, making it the perfect place to enjoy family meals or plan your next day's adventures.
Outside: Hiker's Den benefits from full gated decking to the front and side of the caravan, complete with two outdoor chairs, a round glass table and a six-seater picnic table - a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Western Lake District.
The steps lead from the private parking space onto the decking. One private parking space is provided together with a small grassed area beside the caravan (not enclosed). Vehicles must not be parked on the grass.
Dogs Welcome: 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs accepted on request only. If you have more than the stated number of dogs, please don't hesitate to contact us before booking. We'll always consider your request and, where possible, do our best to accommodate you.

- Travel cot and/or high chair hire available from £10 per booking.
- The travel cot includes a mattress and fitted sheet. Please bring your own bedding for your little one.
Damages & Breakages
- We no longer require a security/damage deposit.
- If anything is accidentally damaged or broken during your stay, we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can repair or replace it before our next guests arrive.
